Mazin Studios Membership Terms & Conditions:

1. Membership Overview

By enrolling in a monthly membership, the client (“Member”) agrees to receive discounted studio services, priority booking, and additional benefits based on their selected tier (Starter, Growth, Pro, or Elite).

All memberships are billed monthly and grant access to studio time and services within each billing cycle.

2. Billing & Payments

  • Memberships are billed automatically every 30 days from the signup date

  • Payments must be made in full to maintain active membership status

  • A 3-day grace period is allowed for failed payments

  • Memberships may be paused or canceled by the studio if payment is not received

No refunds are issued for unused time or partial months

3. Hour Usage & Limits

  • Monthly hours do not roll over into the next billing cycle

  • Unused time is forfeited at the end of each month

  • Additional hours beyond plan limits are billed at the discounted rate assigned to the membership tier

  • Hours must be booked in advance and are subject to studio availability

4. Booking Policy

  • All sessions must be scheduled in advance

  • Priority booking is given based on membership tier

  • Same-day bookings are not guaranteed

  • Members are encouraged to book early to secure preferred time slots

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • At least 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session

  • Late cancellations (under 24 hours) will result in loss of booked time

  • No-shows will result in full session time being deducted from the member’s hours

6. Studio Time Usage Rules

  • Session time includes setup, recording, and breakdown

  • Overtime beyond scheduled sessions will be deducted or billed accordingly

  • Members must arrive on time; late arrivals do not extend session end time

7. Mixing, Edits & Additional Services

(For tiers that include these perks)

  • “Free” mixes, edits, or services are limited to basic scope only

  • Complex projects (large track counts, heavy revisions, etc.) may incur additional charges

  • Turnaround times vary and are not guaranteed unless agreed upon

8. Content & File Storage

  • Session files may be stored for convenience, but long-term storage is not guaranteed

  • Members are responsible for backing up their own files

  • The studio is not liable for lost or corrupted data

9. Conduct & Studio Etiquette

  • Members must maintain professional and respectful behavior

  • The studio reserves the right to deny access for:

    • Violent or disruptive behavior

    • Damage to equipment

    • Illegal activity

Any damages caused by the Member or their guests must be paid for in full

10. Guests & Attendance

  • Members may bring guests unless otherwise restricted

  • The Member is responsible for all guests’ behavior and compliance with studio rules

11. Membership Cancellation

  • Members may cancel at any time with written notice before the next billing date

  • No partial refunds are issued after billing

  • Membership benefits remain active until the end of the billing cycle

12. Studio Rights & Modifications

  • The studio reserves the right to update pricing, policies, or membership structure at any time

  • Members will be notified of any major changes in advance
